We really enjoyed the welcome drinks, and the room service had a great selection - we ordered twice! The omelet at the breakfast buffet was delicious, and we especially loved the fried mahi-mahi at the Spanish restaurant. Everyone was so nice, friendly, and welcoming. We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at The Tropics at MacArthur Park & Convention Center. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, accommodating, and professional, which made our stay comfortable from start to finish.

The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. We also enjoyed the resort’s facilities, especially the swimming pools and the peaceful surroundings. The property has a nice tropical atmosphere that makes you feel like you’re away from the busy city while still being conveniently located.

One thing we really appreciated was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly and attentive, and they made sure we had what we needed throughout our stay. The service definitely added to the overall experience.

The convention center and other facilities are also well-suited for events, gatherings, and company activities. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and we would definitely consider staying here again.
